Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available on-site. There are pay & display car parks nearby as well as transport links, such as bus and train. Please ensure you plan your journey ahead of your exam.

When should I arrive for my exam and where do I go?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your exam. Please report to reception on the first floor to be checked in.

What should I bring with me to my exam?
You must bring photographic ID, for example driving licence or passport, you will not be able to sit your exam without bringing ID. You must also bring a pen(s) and a calculator. We will provide paper for rough notes.
Digital watches will now be banned in the same way as mobile phones.
Students sitting tax exams should ensure they are prepared for the correct Finance Act. -
When will I get my exam results?
For all AAT exams excluding Synoptics, Using Accounting Software and Spreadsheets. You will get your results within 24 hours, the results will appear on your MyAAT account. All other AAT results take around 6 weeks.
ACCA exam results are instant, we will be able to provide you with a printed copy of your exam results.
You will receive your results for ICAEW exams the following day. -
Can I cancel or move my exam booking?
Any changes to your exam booking must be made with 5 full days' notice, otherwise, the full cost of the exam will still apply.
If you wish to move your exam booking, please look under your account and choose the options to move your exam. -
Will I receive an email to confirm my booking?
Yes, once you have completed the booking process an email will be sent to the email address you have specified during registration.

I don't yet have an AAT/ACCA/ICAEW registration number, can I still book my exam?
In order to schedule your exam you will need to be registered with your training body and we require your membership number at the time of booking.

What do I do if I require adjustments such as extra time?
Students who require extra time/special arrangements should contact us directly (maidstone@fi.co.uk) prior to booking their exam. You should do this at least 3 weeks prior to your booking. Ensure you provide as much information as possible in order for us to help you. Please be aware that we will require written evidence if you require extra time, which must be sent to us prior to booking your exam as approval will need to be sought from the AAT/ACCA/ICAEW Please be aware that for ACCA & ICAEW exams it can take up to 3 weeks to add extra time for candidates.
